Lost wax bronze casting.
This extremely realistic and lively rhinoceros is the work of the sculptor Stefano Patti, born in Palermo in 1958, a very active sculptor author of celebratory works in Italy and in Europe. Stefano Patti graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, where he still holds the chair of sculpture.
Original reproduction of a small rhino. The detailed chisel and the representation of the leathery surface make this bronze an interesting proposal for gardens and terraces, to give outdoor environments an exotic and naturalistic flavor. Very nice paired with the hippo from the same collection.
