Etruscan Warrior

The Etruscan civilization was an ancient population of the central part of Italy, in the area corresponding roughly to Tuscany.
Etruscan art was strongly influenced by Greeks, and then inspired the Romans. They were marvellous in metalworking and in sculpting terracotta and bronze.
The great majority of the object that we have today, especially small bronze statues, comes from tombs.
