Диана Охотница - Либерти

Greek divinity of ancient origin and of multiple nature. In Homer she was identified as the master deity in archery and hunting, designated as the one who dominates living beings and, at the same time, who can decree their death. In Roman times the cult of Artemis is identified with that of Diana. Diana is often represented as a young woman, with her hair gathered behind her head, wearing light and short dress, in order to run and hunt freely. Often she has a bow in hand and on the shoulder the sack with the arrows. Sometimes she is surrounded by its prey such as deer and fawns but in this case she is flanked by a lively and joyful dog.
