The Cossacks are an ancient military community living in Eastern Europe, especially in various areas of the Russian Federation. In this sculpture, a Cossack, characterized by an extreme plastic and dimensional rendering, holds an arm raised, a gesture of incitement, accompanied by a scream, which we seem to be able to perceive coming out of his mouth. The horse he sits on keeps his head down while grazing the grass, just before leaving, at the gesture of the man.
