Born in Florence in 1972, following a degree in humanities in 1999 with a thesis on Dickens, Paola Staccioli trained in the craft of art by attending her father Paolo's workshop, soon finding in ceramics, from the very beginning of her creative path, his medium of choice. The continuous research and the propensity for experimentation lead, over the years, Paola Staccioli to perfect the luster technique.
